All Panty orders are sent with Royal Mail, standard delivery with tracking.

Free Standard Delivery on all UK Orders, over £80; 2-5 working days                                                      5.99 GBP for Royal Mail 24 (express); 1-2 working days

EU
14.99 GBP for Royal Mail service; estimated 3-5 working days
20 GBP for DPD express; estimated 2-5 working days

REST OF THE WORLD
25 GBP for Royal Mail service; estimated 5-7 working days
35 GBP UPS; estimated 2-5 working days

For standard ready-to-ship orders, please allow 2-5 business days for the shipment to be packaged and posted after purchase. as we produce in-house and run are a small operation so some orders may need some time to ship depending on how busy we are. 

For other made-to-order pieces please check item page for estimated production times.

If you require your product to be fast tracked, or would like to use an alternative shipment method please write to us at orders@michaelastark.com.  

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All deliveries are subject to the delivery costs which will be quoted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

Please make sure to track your package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you. We can not take responsibility for any package once it is in your country.

If there are any other problems with customs / the country officials need documentation or clarification, please contact orders@michaelastark.com for more information.

Please note a signature is required to receive your order so please ensure someone is home or you may arrange another time to attempt delivery.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. 

We can offer exchanges if your items are defective or damaged, or if the sizing is incorrect. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for panties (underwear) for hygiene purposes.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not take responsibility over lost returns/ exchange items. 

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices of products are expressed in Pounds inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. You will be responsible on any applicable custom duties and we are not able to estimate any possible duty that might occur as it varies.
